Shipping Cost

We provide free worldwide shipping via DHL or UPS. All packages will require a signature to be received.

In the event of any exchange of products, shipping costs are to be borne by you. The exception to this is if there was an error on our part.

Processing Time 

We have reduced our processing time to a 4 week (28 days) maximum.

Shipping Time

Shipping time may take up to 21 working days. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

We color each wig and construct all our wigs. No wigs are premades.

Please make sure you have chosen your proper head size and wig selection.

There is a possibility the colors of wigs will not be EXACTLY like the picture but we get the colors as close as possible. This is due to the handmade nature of the wig coloring.

Please be advised all sales are final after checkout and once you have checked out, you have agreed to all conditions of the company. ObaabiLuxeHair is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen during mail transit.
